ACP Connections is looking for a strong Sr. Director of Business Development, M&A and Financial Analysis.

MUST HAVE HEALTHCARE experience to be considered.

FUNCTIONS :

·         Manage, direct and perform financial evaluation and analyses for business development projects on behalf of the Company in support of the Company’s strategic goals and annual Strategic Plan. Work with Company leadership to develop growth strategies and annual strategic business development objectives.

·         Develop teams to perform operational and financial due diligence, and oversee and conduct all due diligence. Create pro-forma models and presentations to support acquisition and other business development transactions and new business opportunities. Work with internal and outside legal counsel consummate transactions.

·         Recommend structures for acquisitions, partnerships and other business development transactions.

·         Work with the Finance, Business Development and Strategy Teams to evaluate new areas of business and new market opportunities for the Company. Develop business plans for new lines of business and other de novo Company investments.

·         Provide investment analyses to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors as necessary, including DCF, IRR and other and other return-on-investment metrics.

EDUCATION :

Undergraduate degree with business or finance focus preferred.

Masters of Business Administration Preferred.

EXPERIENCE :

5+ years of experience in business development in the health care services field.

Strong experience performing operational and financial due diligence of medical groups and facilities.

Strong financial modeling skills.

Experience working with physicians and hospital systems.

KNOWLEDGE :

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong presentation development skills.

Strong financial modeling and financial analysis skills.

Ability to structure acquisitions and other business development transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year
