Job Summary: The Manager of Agency Services is charged with leading our service teams’ making sure we are producing effective results for clients and running an efficient business.

As a leader within the agency it is critical that you are very organized with the capacity to manage numerous projects and teams simultaneously. Effective communication in both written and verbal form will be important in this position. As you will be working with different departments, the ability to openly exchange ideas with a positive outlook while accepting critique from various personalities is a necessity.

Ultimately, the success of this role comes down to making our clients love us by delivering quality work on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Managing & leading the day-to-day operations of the services teams

·         Organic SEO team

·         Content team

·         Local SEO team

·         Paid Media team

·         Social Media team

Growth and development of the team

Drive ongoing service & product updates

·         Because digital is so fast paced we need to always be thinking ahead to see how services fit into the bigger landscape

Balancing client happiness while efficiently managing clients’ scopes, budgets, and timelines of our work

Adherence to process

Collaborate with the Director of Operations and the Director of Strategy to create a superhero team of management magic.

Requirements:

·         5+ years of digital marketing experience (agency experience highly preferred)

·         3+ years of management experience. You must have a proven track record of leading and managing (they’re two different things!)

·         Phenomenal written and oral communication skills

·         Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and industry tools

·         Working knowledge of Google Analytics

·         Creativity, teamwork and strong attention to detail

·         Self-motivated and positive attitude

·         Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
