ACP Connections is looking for a strong HR Recruiting Coordinator! This is a 12 month contract with the potential to go permanent.

OVERVIEW OF POSITION:

·         Post job requisitions ensuring they have appropriate approval

·         Schedule candidate interviews, conduct phone screens

·         Coordinate candidate travel

·         Provide interview materials to hiring leader

·         Send out interview confirmation and details to candidates

·         Send out thanks and no thanks letters

·         Review resumes

·         On-boarding responsibilities

·         Assist with preparation for new hire orientation

·         Virtual Edge System/ADP

·         PeopleSoft

·         Prepare for scanning of all completed interviews and organize master copies

·         Prepare materials for job fairs and attend job fairs

·         Provide support and perform other duties as assigned

PREFERRED SKILLS:

·         College degree highly desirable

·         2-3 years of corporate office experience in Human Resources

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

·         Peoplesoft and/or HRIS, Virtual Edge (Applicant Tracking System) preferred

·         Working knowledge of common human resource and payroll practices, and Federal and State regulations

·         Accurate data entry skills with mathematical aptitude

·         Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills and able to perform in a team environment while maintaining a high degree of customer focus

·         Able to organize and prioritize job tasks in a high volume, deadline driven environment

·         Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy and a high sense of urgency

Excellent communication skills, with a positive outlook willing to go above and beyond to provide excellent service to our clients and candidates. Able to handle confidential information with absolute discretion. Experience working in fast paced environment and has the ability to maintain accuracy and focus while switching gears quickly.

Full time – Monday through Friday

Flexible start and stop time between:

7:00 – 9:00 am to 3:30 – 6:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour
