This position supports a centralized recruitment model supporting six acute care facilities in the Phoenix area along with the Regional office. Great opportunity with growth potentials, excellent compensation, bonus, and good benefits! Fun environment!

Job Responsibilities:

·         Process hiring paperwork with personal action form, application, salary calculator and license verification and send to appropriate HR department.

·         Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls from candidates on a daily basis.

·         Run HR/Talent Acquisition reports for Senior Leadership.

·         Arrange travel itineraries, flight/hotel for out-of-state candidates.

·         Assist in the development and implementation of procedures that streamline the process from the screening of applications to the hire of best fit candidates and positive on-boarding experiences.

·         Screen applicants in person and on the phone using behavior based interview questions.

·         Schedule interviews.

·         Maintain requisition status.

·         Maintain applicant tracking system.

·         Verify credentials, prepares jobs offers including salary calculators, complete and send offer letters.

Key Requirements:

·         Strong knowledge of recruiting.

·         Strong knowledge of team-based project management.

Additional Responsibilities:

·         Build applicant sources through researching & contacting resources.

·         Determine applicant qualifications for positions.

·         Arrange candidate interviews.

·         Evaluate applicants through their qualifications & job requirements.

·         Arrange new employee relocation.

·         Manage company intern program.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 /year
