As an Accounts Receivable Specialist you will be responsible for handling all billing and invoicing, reconciling customer accounts, and cash applications. You will also use analytical and problem solving skills to research and resolve billing issues and disputes. As a qualified candidate for this position, you should have at least one year of full cycle accounts receivable experience , preferably in a high volume work environment.

Your job responsibilities:

·         Use various source documents to generate and process customer invoices

·         Communicate with customers to resolve customer errors

·         Post adjustments and refunds to customer accounts as needed

·         Apply payments to customer accounts

·         Generate and send monthly customer statements

You are the ideal candidate for this position if you meet the following requirements:

·         At least one year of accounts receivable experience

·         Must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced work environment

·         AS400

·         Strong Excel skills are highly desired (i.e. pivot tables and vlookups)

·         Effective written and verbal communication skills

Salary: $37,000.00 /year
